The Residents of the Gulmohur Green Society stage demonstration against the SVP Builder
01 Mar 2012, Gulmohur Greens, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad : The Residents of the Gulmohur Greens Society, Mohan Nagar staged a demonstration against the SVP Builder for arbitrarily fixing the highly exorbitant maintenance charges and cutting the electric supply to the a few Flats. The representative of the Builder Shri A K Upadhyay misbehaved with the ladies and left the office without listening to the RWA and the Residents. Subsequently, an application was made to the SHO, Thana Sahibabad. Later a delegation of the RWA of the Gulmohur Greens under the leadership of the Chairman of the RWA Federation Ghaziabad Col Tejndra Pal Tyagi met the Addl District Magistrate (City) Shri Atal Kumar Rai and requested him to issue a notice to the Builder to stop the arbitrary maintenance charges forthwith (Copy Attached). The issue was attended with all sensitivity and the Builder had to beat a hasty retreat. The president of the Gulmohur Greens Shri A R Saifi and the Vice President Shri Nischal Tyagi led the delegation.
